Tips:

  • Mise en place: Before you start cooking, gather all the ingredients and utensils you'll need. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling later on.
  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh ingredients will always yield the best results. If you can, try to buy your ingredients from a local farmer's market or organic grocery store.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking chicken, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the chicken from cooking evenly and will make it more likely to stick to the pan.
  • Use a meat thermometer: A meat thermometer is the best way to ensure that your chicken is cooked to the proper temperature. Insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the chicken and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the chicken rest: After cooking the chicken, let it rest for a few minutes before cutting into it. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful chicken.
