3 cups uncooked penne pasta
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened and cubed
1-1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 cups sliced cooked chicken breasts
3/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
3/4 cup cubed fully cooked ham
3 tablespoons dry bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente., Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, heat cream and cream cheese over medium heat until smooth, stirring occasionally. Stir in 1 cup Swiss cheese, onion powder, garlic salt and pepper until blended., Drain pasta; stir in chicken, bacon and ham. Add sauce; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and the bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered, 18-22 minutes or until heated through.

1/4 lb deli ham, diced
3/4 c cookd chicken, diced
1/2 lb swiss cheese, diced
1 medium onion, chopd
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp flour
1/2 c white wine
1 c chicken broth
1 can(s) evaporated milk
1/2 tsp s n p. each
1/4 c frozen green peas (optional. just to make this dish a bit healthier. lol)
1 lb pasta.......any small cut

Steps:

  • 1. HEAT UP OLIVE OIL N SAUTÉ ONIONS....THEN SPRINKLE IN FLOUR N COOK FOR A MINUTE. TURN OFF HEAT N ADD WHITE WINE COOK ON MED N STIR.
  • 2. ADD CHICKEN BROTH N HEAT TO IT COMES TO A SLIGHT BOIL. ADD Sn P. ADD CRUSHD RED PEPPER AT THIS TIME IF USING (I used 1/2 TSP) NOW ADD EVAPORATED MILK N STIR TO COMBINE OVER LOW HEAT (MAKE PASTA AT THIS TIME ;)
  • 3. ADD SWISS CHEESE N STIR UNTIL ITS MELTD....NOW ADD HAM, CHICKEN N PEAS (if using). STIR UNTIL COMBINED N SIMMERD.
  • 4. POUR N MIX ON COOKD PASTA....ENJOY :)
