Chicken portobello stroganoff is a delicious, creamy dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The chicken is tender and juicy, the portobello mushrooms are earthy and flavorful, and the creamy sauce is the perfect complement to both. This dish is also relatively easy to make, and it can be tailored to your own tastes. For example, if you like a little bit of heat, you can add some cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the sauce. Or, if you prefer a milder flavor, you can omit the mushrooms or use a different type of mushroom, such as cremini or shiitake.

CHICKEN PORTOBELLO STROGANOFF

Chicken Portobello Stroganoff image
