- Sprinkle chicken with lemon-pepper. Grill over medium-hot heat or broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 15-18 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once. Set aside and keep warm. - Season chicken breasts and grill or bake. Cut chicken into thin julienne strips and set aside. In a hot saute pan over medium high heat saute the onion, garlic, and mushrooms with the oil, tossing, 2 minutes. Set aside.
