1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Bring your milk and half-and-half to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat
  • Take your saucepan off of the heat and whisk in your Mozzarella cheese slowly until melted

1 jar (26 oz) tomato pasta sauce

Steps:

½ pound sliced Swiss cheese
8 chicken breasts
2 cups milk
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
1 stick salted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (6 ounce) package dry bread stuffing mix

Steps:

  • Grease a slow cooker insert with cooking spray. Place a layer of Swiss cheese over the bottom. Add a layer of chicken breasts. Repeat layers.

Add at the end:
1.5 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 (10.5 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup (don't add water)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1.5 cups sliced mushrooms (I use 8 oz fresh mushrooms)
1 small sweet yellow onion, diced
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 lb. penne pasta (cooked according to package directions on the stove-top)

Steps:

  • Slow cooker: 5 qt. or larger 1. Add the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth to the slow cooker, stir until smooth. 2. Add the thyme, pepper, mushrooms and onions. Stir 3. Add the chicken breasts. 4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 6 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time. 5. After the cooking time is up, start cooking the pasta according to the package directions to Al dente on the stove-top. Do not overcook! 6. Shred the chicken with 2 forks. 7. Add sour cream and half of the cheese. Stir. 8. Add the cooked and drained pasta and stir again. 9. Sprinkle over remaining cheese. BUT i was able to sneak this chicken breast past his taste buds...he even had seconds! AND asked to eat it for lunch tomorrow (today). Whew was i excited.

3 chicken breasts (fully cooked, seasoned to your liking and shredded)
16 ounces alfredo sauce (I used "Clasico" brand..my mom would be shocked I didn't make my own so shuuushhh)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 yellow onion
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1/3 cup chicken broth
1 lb penne rigate

Steps:

  • Turn your oven to 375°F Saute your onions in a little olive oil until they are translucent. Do not burn them.
  • Boil your noodles.
  • combine your Alfredo sauce and chicken broth in a pan and mix together. Simmer while your noodles are cooking.
  • Once the noodles are Al Dente, and your sauce has been simmering, drain your noodle poor them back into the pot you used then pour the chicken in and the Alfredo sauce mixture.
  • Stir it all together. And make sure the noodles are well coated.
  • Coat a glass baking pan with butter. Pour the mixture into the baking pan. Cover the top with the shredded cheese.
  • Cover with foil. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove cover for another 10 minutes.
