Tips:
- Mise en place: Having all your ingredients prepped and measured before you start cooking will make the process much smoother. This is especially important for a recipe with multiple steps like this one.
- Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking the chicken, be sure to give it enough space in the pan so that it can brown evenly. If you overcrowd the pan, the chicken will steam instead of brown.
- Use a good quality Parmesan cheese: The Parmesan cheese you use will make a big difference in the flavor of the dish. Look for a Parmesan cheese that is aged for at least 12 months.
- Serve immediately: This dish is best served immediately after it is made. The pasta will start to absorb the sauce and become mushy if it sits for too long.
Conclusion:
This chicken with fusilli, artichoke hearts, and Parmesan is a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. The combination of flavors and textures in this dish is sure to please everyone at the table. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy pasta dish, give this recipe a try!
