- Heat oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until translucent.
- Add the garlic and cook for two minutes.

LAMB AND BLACK BEAN CHILI WITH CUMIN CREMA, RED ONION RELISH, AVOCADO RELISH AND NATIVE AMERICAN FRY BREAD

- Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over high heat. Add the lamb, in batches, season with salt and pepper, and cook until seared and browned on all sides. Remove the lamb to a plate with a slotted spoon.
- Add the onion to the pan and cook until soft. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes, chipotle, and spices. Return the lamb to the pan, add the stock and beer; cover and cook at a simmer for over medium heat, about 1 hour, or until the lamb is tender and the mixture has thickened. After 30 minutes, check seasoning and add honey. During the last 15 minutes, add the cinnamon and cooked beans. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro. - Preheat oven to 400°F. Butter 9 x 5 x 2 3/4-inch metal loaf pan. Whisk cornmeal and next 5 ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Stir in cheese. Whisk buttermilk, eggs and butter in another medium bowl to blend. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and stir just until blended. Mix in chilies. Transfer batter to prepared pan.

- To bake stuffing in turkey:
- Loosely fill main turkey cavity with stuffing. Add enough broth to remaining stuffing to moisten lightly (about 1/4 to 1/2 cup, depending on amount of remaining stuffing). Generously butter glass or ceramic baking dish. Spoon remaining stuffing into dish. Cover with buttered foil, buttered side down. Bake stuffing in dish alongside turkey until heated through, about 30 minutes. Uncover stuffing. Bake until top is just crisp and golden, about 15 minutes.
- To bake all of stuffing in baking dish:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously butter 8-inch square glass or ceramic baking dish. Add enough broth to stuffing to moisten (about 3/4 cup to 1 1/2 cups.) Transfer stuffing to prepared dish. - 1. Place the ingredients in the order listed into the bread machine and run the dough cycle. When finished, lightly knead the dough on a clean and floured surface. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and form into the shape of a ball. Lightly sprinkle cornmeal onto a baking sheet and place balls of dough on top and allow to rise. SUNNY'S EASY CHILI CHEESE FRENCH BREAD PIZZA
Steps:
- For the pizza: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Remove a bit of bread from the inside of each bread half, leaving about 1 inch of bread in the base. Brush the insides and edges with the garlic butter and place the bread on a baking sheet. Bake until golden on the edges, about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.
- Evenly distribute the Chili along the length of the bread. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and arrange the jalapenos so there will be one slice on each serving. Bake until the cheese is melted and the edges of the bread are golden, 15 to 18 minutes.
- For the garnish: Top the pizza with the scallions, cilantro, a few shakes of hot sauce and a drizzle of crema. Slice each half into 8 pieces. Serve immediately.
