Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: The fresher and better the quality of your ingredients, the tastier your dish will be. This is especially true for the vegetables, which should be crisp and colorful.
  • Don't overcrowd the wok: When stir-frying, it's important to not overcrowd the wok. This will prevent the vegetables from cooking evenly and will make them more likely to steam rather than fry.
  • Use a high heat: Stir-frying is a high-heat cooking method, so make sure your wok is hot before you add the ingredients. This will help to create the characteristic wok hei, or "breath of the wok," that is a hallmark of Chinese stir-fries.
  • Stir constantly: Stir-frying is a quick cooking method, so it's important to stir the ingredients constantly. This will help to prevent them from burning and will ensure that they cook evenly.
  • Add sauce at the end: When making a stir-fry, it's best to add the sauce at the very end. This will help to prevent the sauce from burning and will allow the flavors to meld together.

Conclusion:

Happy Family is a delicious and easy-to-make Chinese stir-fry that is perfect for a quick and healthy meal. With its colorful vegetables, tender meat, and flavorful sauce, Happy Family is sure to please everyone at the table. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy weeknight meal, give Happy Family a try. You won't be disappointed!
