Tips:

  • Use fresh, ripe cherries for the best flavor. If you can't find fresh cherries, you can use frozen cherries that have been thawed and drained.
  • If you don't have a cherry pitter, you can use a knife to remove the pits. Just be careful not to cut yourself.
  • You can use any type of chocolate chips you like. Semisweet chocolate chips are a classic choice, but you could also use dark chocolate chips or white chocolate chips.
  • If you want a sweeter cobbler, you can add more sugar to the filling. You could also add a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup.
  • If you want a more tart cobbler, you can add a tablespoon of lemon juice to the filling.
  • To make a gluten-free cobbler, use a gluten-free flour blend in place of the all-purpose flour.
  • To make a vegan cobbler, use a plant-based milk and butter in place of the dairy milk and butter.

Conclusion:

Chocolate chip cherry cobbler is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. It is a great way to use up fresh cherries in the summer, and it can also be made with frozen cherries in the winter. This cobbler is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
