1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup butter, melted
2 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
¼ cup confectioners' sugar for rolling

Steps:
