12 ounces semisweet chocolate chunks or 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 salt

Steps:

  • Set oven to 375°.
  • Butter a 13 x 9-inch pan.
