vanilla
salt
sugar

Add egg and vanilla and blend. Add flour and blend. Melt all chocolate in double boiler and blend into the mix. Fold in peanut butter. Sometimes I let the dough chill a little and this might help keep the cookies from flattening out. Bake in 350 degree oven for 8 1/2 minutes, until firm and beginning to texture on the outside. Don't overbake!

Tips:

  • Use creamy peanut butter. This will help the fudge to be smooth and creamy.

  • Let the fudge cool completely before cutting it. This will help it to set properly.
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will keep for up to two weeks.
  • You can use any type of chocolate chips you like. Milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or semi-sweet chocolate all work well.
  • If you don't have a candy thermometer, you can use the cold water test to check if the fudge is done. Drop a small amount of fudge into a bowl of cold water. If it forms a soft ball, the fudge is done.
