170g large white chocolate chunks

1l Kilner jar

1 egg
150g soft butter
1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Choose high-quality ingredients: Use fresh butter, sugar, flour, and spices to ensure the best flavor and texture.
  • Chill the dough: Chilling the dough helps to prevent the cookies from spreading too much in the oven.
  • Use parchment paper: Line your baking sheets with parchment paper to prevent the cookies from sticking.
  • Bake the cookies until the edges are just beginning to brown: Overbaking will dry out the cookies.
  • Let the cookies cool completely: This will help them to set and firm up.
  • Store the cookies in an airtight container: This will help to keep them fresh and prevent them from drying out.
