1 cup butter, softened
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
3-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups chopped walnuts
1-1/3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
2-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
4 teaspoons shortening
Chopped nuts or sprinkles

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter until light and fluffy Beat in vanilla. Gradually add confectioners' sugar and mix well. Stir in the cracker crumbs, walnuts and coconut. Shape into 1-in. balls. 1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups confectioners' sugar
24 to 26 maraschino cherries with stems
Additional confectioners' sugar
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup shortening

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat the butter and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in vanilla. Gradually add confectioners' sugar and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. , Pat cherries dry with paper towel. Dust hands with additional confectioners' sugar. 1/4 paraffin wax block (1-ounce)
