Tips:

  • Use fresh cilantro. Fresh cilantro has a more vibrant flavor than dried cilantro. If you don't have fresh cilantro on hand, you can substitute 1 tablespoon of dried cilantro for every 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro.
  • Don't overcrowd the skillet. If you overcrowd the skillet, the tilapia will not cook evenly. Make sure there is enough space between each fillet so that they can cook evenly.
  • Don't overcook the tilapia. Tilapia is a delicate fish, so it's important not to overcook it. Overcooked tilapia will be dry and tough.
  • Serve immediately. Tilapia is best served immediately after it is cooked. This will help to ensure that the fish is moist and flavorful.

Conclusion:

Cilantro butter tilapia skillet fillets is a quick and easy recipe that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The tilapia is cooked in a flavorful cilantro butter sauce, and it is served with a side of rice and vegetables. This recipe is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
