Tips:

  • Use fresh blueberries: Fresh blueberries will give your coffee cake the best flavor. If you don't have fresh blueberries, you can use frozen blueberries, but be sure to thaw them before using.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make your coffee cake tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Use a bundt pan: A bundt pan will give your coffee cake a beautiful shape. If you don't have a bundt pan, you can use a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Bake the coffee cake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: This will ensure that the coffee cake is cooked through.
  • Let the coffee cake cool before serving: This will help the coffee cake to hold its shape and make it easier to slice.
