Tips:

  • Choose ripe key limes: Look for limes that are deep green in color and have no blemishes. Ripe key limes will be more flavorful and juicy.
  • Use full-fat coconut milk: Full-fat coconut milk will give your ice pops a richer, creamier texture. You can use light coconut milk if you prefer, but your ice pops will be less creamy.
  • Add a sweetener of your choice: If you find that your ice pops are too tart, you can add a sweetener of your choice. Honey, agave nectar, or maple syrup are all good options.
  • Use a blender or food processor: To make the ice pop mixture, you will need to blend the key limes, coconut milk, and sweetener together until smooth. A blender or food processor will work well for this task.
  • Pour the mixture into ice pop molds: Once the ice pop mixture is smooth, pour it into ice pop molds. You can use any type of ice pop molds that you like. If you don't have any ice pop molds, you can use small paper cups or plastic cups.
  • Freeze the ice pops for at least 4 hours: Once the ice pop molds are filled, place them in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours. The ice pops will be fully frozen after 6-8 hours.

Conclusion:

These coconut key lime ice pops are a delicious and refreshing treat that is perfect for summer. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. Whether you like them tart or sweet, these ice pops are sure to hit the spot. So next time you are looking for a cool and refreshing treat, give these coconut key lime ice pops a try.
