Ponzu sauce is a Japanese citrus-based sauce that is made with soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, and katsuobushi (bonito flakes). The sauce is light and tangy, and it perfectly complements the soba noodles. Cold noodle salad with ponzu sauce can be served as a main course or as a side dish.
