1/3 cup each chopped celery, onion, green pepper and sweet red pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
1-1/4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds ground beef

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the eggs, vinegar, bread crumbs, bacon, apple, vegetables, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. ⅓ cup minced red bell pepper
⅓ cup minced celery
⅓ cup minced red onion
1 cup dry bread crumbs
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
¼ teaspoon dried marjoram
¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ cup bottled ketchup-style chili sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 7 1/2 by 3 3/4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

1 large egg, beaten
1 celery rib, finely chopped

1/4 cup dried cranberries

3 to 4-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh sage
3 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary

1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
