1 ounce vanilla vodka
1 ounce white chocolate liqueur
2 cups vanilla ice cream
4 Oreo cookies, divided
1 can cupcake icing
Food dye color of choice
Candy eyes

Steps:

  • In a blender, blend the ice cream and liquors with 2 of the Oreo cookies. Pour this into two glasses. Mix the frosting with the food dye you have chosen. Top the shake mixture with the frosting. Add a cookie to look like the mouth of the monster, and two candy eyes.

6 eggs
2 ⅓ cups packed brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
½ tablespoon vanilla extract
4 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup butter
2 ⅔ cups peanut butter
9 cups rolled oats
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease cookie sheets.
  • Cream butter and peanut butter together. Add the sugars and stir until well mixed.
  • Add eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
  • Mix oatmeal and baking soda separately, then stir into batter.
  • Add chocolate chips last.
  • Drop by heaping teaspoons onto cookie sheets. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

  • Beat eggs into the mixture a little at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.

  • Put dough into the fridge to cool for at least one hour
  • When chilled and firmer in texture, take the dough from the fridge and roll out, cut into rounds with a cookie cutter.

3/4 cup unsalted butter or margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Put 3/4 cup of butter or margarine (that's a stick and a half) into your mixing bowl. Measure 1 cup of sugar. Pour sugar over butter. With fork, squash butter and sugar together until they are blended. Crack shells of two eggs and pour eggs over mixture in bowl. Measure 1 teaspoon vanilla and pour over mixture. With fork, blend everything in the bowl together. Measure 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour and pour over mixture in bowl. Measure 1 teaspoon baking powder and sprinkle over flour. Measure 1 teaspoon of salt and sprinkle over flour and baking powder. Mix everything together either with the fork or with your hands. Put dough in icebox to chill (at least one hour). After chilling the dough, roll it out to 1/4" thick. Cut with your favorite cookie cutter. Place on a prepared cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper, or a baking mat. Bake at 400°F for about 10-12 minutes. If you'd like, you can sprinkle colored sugar on the cookies before baking, or decorate with frosting after cooled. Enjoy!
