1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
6 ounces bittersweet (61 percent cacao) chocolate, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
1 cup whole pecans, toasted and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
28 jumbo marshmallows

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. In a large bowl, beat butter with both sugars on medium speed until pale and fluffy.
