- 1. Put one (1) stick of butter and the frozen corn in a microwave safe bowl cooking as directed on package. (Don't overcook) Toss to coat with butter. Add remaining ingredients. Fold until cream cheese is melted and all is nicely coated.
- 2. Return to microwave for 2-3 minutes. Serve! Note: This recipe can be made in the crockpot. Just add all ingredients, fold to combine and turn crockpot on med/low for 1-2 hours depending your crockpot.
