2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 large zucchini, trimmed and halved lengthwise
1 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
1 ½ tablespoons dried parsley
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 pound imitation crabmeat
2 ½ teaspoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon ground mustard
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until onion is soft but not browned, about 5 minutes.

2 teaspoons butter, softened
1 can (6 ounces) lump crabmeat, drained
4 ounces Swiss cheese, cubed
1 celery rib, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon seafood seasoning, optional
1/4 teaspoon paprika
