4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 teaspoons light corn syrup
1 pound 2 ounces finely chopped semisweet chocolate, plus 12 ounces more for dipping
6 tablespoons Grand Marnier (or other orange-flavored liqueur)

Steps:

  • Very finely chop 12 ounces semisweetchocolate, and sift to remove powderyresidue; set aside in a small bowl.
