1 cup cranberries
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup diced carrot
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 cup raisins
green leaf lettuce

Tips:

  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: Fresh cranberries, celery, and walnuts will give your salad the best flavor.
  • Don't overcook the turkey: Overcooked turkey will be dry and tough. Cook it until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the salad chill before serving: This will allow the flavors to meld and the salad to become more refreshing.
  • Serve the salad with a variety of toppings: Some popular options include crumbled blue cheese, chopped walnuts, and dried cranberries.

It is a great way to use up leftover turkey and is also a refreshing and healthy option for lunch or dinner.
