Tips for Making Cranberry and Vanilla Bean Mimosas:

  • Use fresh cranberries for the best flavor. Frozen cranberries can also be used, but they should be thawed before using.
  • Make sure the vanilla bean is split lengthwise before adding it to the sugar syrup. This will help release the flavor of the vanilla bean.
  • Let the sugar syrup cool completely before adding it to the champagne. This will help prevent the champagne from becoming too sweet.
  • Garnish the mimosas with fresh cranberries, a vanilla bean pod, or a sprig of rosemary for a festive touch.
