CRANBERRY-ORANGE BROWNIES

Cranberry-Orange Brownies image

This is the perfect fall brownie! I absolutely love how these come out. The orange blossom water adds a delicate sweetness to the fudgy chocolate, while the cranberries give a surprising tangy flavor. The only problem is these brownies do not last very long--they'll be gone the second you put them on the table!

Tips:

  • Prep your ingredients: Before you start baking, make sure all your ingredients are measured and ready to go. This will help you stay organized and avoid any scrambling.
  • Use quality ingredients: The better the quality of your ingredients, the better your brownies will taste. Use real butter, dark chocolate, and fresh cranberries for the best results.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter can result in tough, dense brownies. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the brownies at the right temperature: The ideal temperature for baking brownies is 350°F. Baking them at a higher temperature will result in dry, overcooked brownies.
  • Don't overbake the brownies: The brownies are done baking when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached.
  • Let the brownies cool completely before cutting: This will help them to set and prevent them from falling apart.
