ORANGE CRANBERRY PULL-APART COFFEE CAKE
The idea for this recipes comes for Mary Tallman of Arbor Vitae, WI. Her recipe was printed in May/June 2007 TOH--Simple and Delicious. I changed from lemon to orange, used cranberries and pecans and reduced the amount of glaze. So easy and so delicious.

Tips:
- To make the caramel orange sauce in the Orange Caramel Pecan Sticky Buns recipe, use a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the sugar and water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until the sugar has dissolved and the sauce has thickened slightly.
- For the Cranberry Orange Pull-Apart Bread, use a sharp knife to score the top of the dough before baking. This will help the bread to rise evenly and create a golden brown crust.
- To make the Orange Creamsicle Cupcakes, be sure to chill the batter for at least 30 minutes before baking. This will help to prevent the cupcakes from rising too quickly and collapsing.
- For the Orange Julius Smoothie, use fresh oranges for the best flavor. You can also add other fruits, such as strawberries or bananas, to the smoothie.
- To make the Orange Marmalade, use a heavy-bottomed pot to prevent the marmalade from scorching. Stir the marmalade constantly while it is cooking, and be sure to remove it from the heat as soon as it reaches the desired consistency.
