Tips:

  • Choose fresh, high-quality ingredients: Use fresh cranberries, crisp celery, tender walnuts, and juicy oranges for the best flavor.
  • Make the cranberry sauce ahead of time: The cranberry sauce can be made up to 3 days in advance. This will allow the flavors to meld and develop.
  • Use a variety of greens: Arugula, spinach, and romaine lettuce are all great options for the wraps. You can also use a mix of greens.
  • Don't overstuff the wraps: The wraps should be easy to eat without falling apart. If you overstuff them, they will be difficult to handle.
  • Serve the wraps immediately: The wraps are best when served fresh. If you need to make them ahead of time, store them in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours.
