CRANBERRY VODKA SLUSH
A quick, easy drink to make. This recipe makes quite a bit and it can be kept in the freezer for months, as long as it's in a tightly sealed container. I've made this for holidays, family get-togethers, baby showers (non-alcoholic for the mom-to-be of course), bridal showers/bachelorette parties and other events. * "50/50"...

Steps:
- 1. In a large container, dissolve the Jello in boiling water. Add the remaining ingredients, EXCEPT the soda; stir until well blended. Cover the container tightly, place in the freezer for at least 7 hours (overnight works best though) or until its completely "slushy."*
- 2. When ready to serve, spoon the slush into a glass and add 50/50 or Squirt soda.
- 3. * If you make non-alcoholic version, stir every few hours so it doesn't completely freeze solid (alcoholic version won't freeze solid with the vodka in it).

Tips:
- Fresh cranberries: For the best flavor, use fresh cranberries. Frozen cranberries can also be used, but they may not be as flavorful.
- Choose a good vodka: The quality of the vodka you use will affect the taste of the finished liqueur. Choose a smooth, high-quality vodka.
- Sweetener: Depending on your taste, you can use sugar, honey, or agave syrup to sweeten the liqueur. Sugar is the traditional sweetener, but honey or agave syrup can add a more complex flavor.
- Infuse with spices: To add extra flavor to the liqueur, you can infuse it with spices such as cinnamon, cloves, or nutmeg. Add the spices to the vodka and cranberries and let them steep for a few days before straining.
- Use a clean glass jar: When storing the liqueur, use a clean glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. This will help to preserve the flavor and quality of the liqueur.
