2 cups miniature marshmallows
2/3 cups sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1 3/4 cups whipping cream (whipped)

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped cranberries, pineapple chunks, chopped apples, miniature marshmallows, sugar, salt and walnuts. Mix well.

1 cup white sugar

1 (3 ounce) package raspberry Jell-O gelatin
1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange sections, drained

1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 package (3 ounces) cherry gelatin
1 cup chilled ginger ale
1 can (14 ounces) jellied cranberry sauce
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 envelope whipped topping mix (Dream Whip)
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 pecan halves, toasted
8 fresh cranberries
