3 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1/2 batch pizza dough
2 cups mozzarella & provolone cheese
4 tablespoons grated parmesan
1 cup diced cooked chicken
2 cups lightly steamed and drained spinach
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450°.
  • Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a saute pan over medium-low heat. Add garlic. Cook 30 seconds and add cream and parmesan. Continue cooking over medium-low heat until reduced and thickened. Salt to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Take your pizza dough and let it rise for 30 minutes. Press out onto a large pizza pan, and poke holes in the crust with a fork.
  • Pre-bake crust for approximately 10 minutes, or until it starts to get a lightly golden brown color on top.
  • Remove from the oven and top pizza with white sauce, mozzarella/provolone cheese, chicken, spinach, and parmesan cheese.
  • Bake an additional 10-20 minutes, or until crust is completely cooked and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

This is an awesomely easy pizza that I threw together one night when I was craving pizza but didn't want the red sauce. I usually cook extra chicken breasts in garlic and olive oil and this is what I use for this pizza. You can also use Perdue Short-Cuts and add mushrooms, bacon or roasted tomatoes. The possibilities are endless! Enjoy!

1 (13 7/8 ounce) package pillsbury refrigerated pizza crusts
1 (10 ounce) box frozen creamed spinach
1 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breasts, diced
2 dashes hot sauce
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
black pepper
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread pizza crust to desired thickness on a large greased baking sheet. Bake crust for 6-8 minutes until lightly brown.
  • Cook frozen creamed spinach according to package while the crust is baking.
  • Combine garlic, hot sauce, minced onion, parmesan cheese and pepper with the prepared creamed spinach. Mix well.
  • Remove crust from oven. Spread the creamed spinach mixture evenly over the crust.

You need one batch (1 pound approx.) of your most loved Pizza Dough (You can either make it at home or buy ready-made Dough from the Store).
4 tbsp Butter.
2 tbsp Flour, all-purpose.
½ cup Heavy Cream.
½ cup Heavy Milk.
¼ tsp Nutmeg.
Salt as per your taste.
Black Pepper as per your taste.
½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated.
10 oz Spinach, chopped and drained well.
1½ cup Chicken, cooked and shredded.
2 tbsp Lemon juice.
1 tsp Garlic.
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese.
¼ tsp Red Pepper, crushed.

Steps:

  • The first step is to use a pizza pan, a baking sheet, or a large circle, pat the dough, making sure that the corners are thicker than the middle part. Next, put the pan in the preheated oven at 475 degrees F.
  • I like making my Alfredo at home; for that, you need to use a middle-sized pan. First, melt some butter in the pan on medium to low flame. Then, add Flour and whisk it till it is cooked. Next, gradually add milk to it, stir it continuously, so no food lumps are made. Then, add Heavy Cream and keep whisking it. Finally, add Salt and Pepper as per your taste and a ¼ tsp. of Nutmeg.
  • Bring the sauce to boil (for about 3 minutes), and the sauce will be thickened. Add Parmesan to the sauce and other seasonings if required. Take off the flame and keep it aside.
  • Pour and spread the sauce on the Pizza Dough evenly; just make sure to leave about 1 inch from the corners.
  • Use a mixing bowl, put shredded Chicken, Garlic, Lemon Juice, and Spinach. Mix it well. Spread it on the Pizza Dough, sprinkle some Mozzarella Cheese on top, and add some red flakes, if you like.
  • Bake the Pizza for about 10-15 minutes till the crust is golden brown and the Cheese is gooey and bubbly.
