1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup diced onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 ½ cups chunky salsa verde
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups chicken broth
½ cup fat free half-and-half
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
10 (6 inch) soft flour tortillas

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Set aside.
