Tips for Making Crimson Crumble Bars:

  • Use fresh cranberries. Fresh cranberries have a brighter flavor and hold their shape better than frozen cranberries.
  • Don't overmix the dough. Overmixing the dough will make it tough.
  • Chill the dough before baking. Chilling the dough will help it hold its shape and prevent it from spreading too much.
  • Bake the bars until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. The bars are done baking when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bars cool completely before cutting them. This will help prevent them from falling apart.

Conclusion:

Crimson Crumble Bars are a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. With their bright and tangy cranberry filling and sweet and crumbly topping, these bars are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
