Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate. The better the chocolate, the better the pudding squares will taste. Look for chocolate that has a cocoa content of at least 70%. For extra creamy squares, use milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing will make the squares tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the squares until they are just set. Overbaking will make the squares dry. A toothpick inserted into the center of the squares should come out with just a few moist crumbs attached.
  • Chill the squares before serving. This will help them to firm up and develop their flavor.
  • Serve the squares with your favorite toppings. Some popular toppings include whipped cream, ice cream, chocolate syrup, and fresh berries.

Conclusion:

Crunchy chocolate pudding squares are a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with a creamy chocolate pudding base that is topped with a crunchy chocolate cookie crust. The squares can be served with a variety of toppings, such as whipped cream, ice cream, chocolate syrup, and fresh berries.
