1 egg

¼ teaspoon salt
1 ¼ cups packed brown sugar
1 ¼ cups white sugar
1 cup butter, softened
3 eggs
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/4 cup shortening
1/4 cup butter, softened
