2 (8 ounce) bone-in chicken breasts, cut in half
2 bone-in chicken thighs
2 chicken drumsticks
1 onion, chopped
¾ cup lemon juice
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tablespoons minced garlic
¾ teaspoon ground allspice
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Steps:

3/4 lb chicken breast (sliced, approximately 3 breasts)
3 limes (juice and zest)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried onion
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
lime wedge (to garnish)

Steps:

  • Place chicken breasts in a gallon sized zip bag or a large bowl with lid.

6 chicken legs
2 tablespoons kosher salt (approx)
1 tablespoon black pepper (approx)

3 -4 tablespoons sofrito sauce
6 manzanilla olives

Steps:

  • Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder (to taste).
  • Meanwhile, heat a shallow pan over medium heat and add oil.

1/2 green bell pepper, diced

1 1/2 cups long-grain white rice
