Number Of Ingredients 13

1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mango chutney
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup celery, diced
1 apple, cored and chopped
1/4 cup red onion, diced

1/2 cup dried cranberries
12 lettuce leaves, bib or iceberg work best
1/4 cup sliced almonds

Steps:

  • Mix first 11 ingredients together (sour cream to dried cranberries).
  • Put approximately 1/4 cup mixture on lettuce leaf and sprinkle with 1 tsp almonds.
  • Roll up and enjoy.

Tips:

  • Use a variety of vegetables. This will add flavor, color, and texture to your wraps. Some good options include shredded carrots, bell peppers, onions, and cucumbers.
  • Don't overcook the chicken. Chicken that is overcooked will be dry and tough. Cook it just until it is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  • Use a flavorful curry paste. The curry paste is what will give your wraps their flavor, so choose one that you like. There are many different types of curry paste available, so you can experiment to find one that you like.
  • Make sure the wraps are cold before serving. This will help them hold together better.

Conclusion:

Curried chicken lettuce wraps are a delicious and healthy meal that is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. So next time you are looking for a healthy and flavorful meal, give curried chicken lettuce wraps a try!
