Tips:

- Preheat your oven before starting to mix the muffin batter. This will ensure that the muffins bake evenly. - Use fresh or frozen cranberries for the best flavor. If using frozen cranberries, thaw them before adding them to the batter. - Tangerines add a sweet and tangy flavor to the muffins. Use fresh or canned tangerines, or a combination of both. - If you don't have any tangerines, you can substitute another citrus fruit, such as oranges or lemons. - Add a streusel topping to the muffins for a crunchy texture. To make a streusel topping, combine flour, sugar, and butter in a bowl and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle the streusel topping over the muffin batter before baking. - Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. The baking time will vary depending on the size of your muffins. - Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
