Tips:
- For a richer flavor, use high-quality dark chocolate with a cocoa content of 70% or higher.
- Make sure the sour cream is cold before using it. This will help to create a smooth and creamy filling.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can result in a tough and chewy crust.
- Bake the bars until the center is just set. Overbaking will result in dry and crumbly bars.
- Let the bars cool completely before cutting and serving. This will help to prevent them from falling apart.
