Tips:

  • For a richer flavor, use high-quality dark chocolate with a cocoa content of 70% or higher.
  • Make sure the sour cream is cold before using it. This will help to create a smooth and creamy filling.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can result in a tough and chewy crust.
  • Bake the bars until the center is just set. Overbaking will result in dry and crumbly bars.
  • Let the bars cool completely before cutting and serving. This will help to prevent them from falling apart.

Conclusion:

These deep dark chocolate sour cream bars are a delicious and decadent treat that are perfect for any occasion. They are easy to make and can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
