Number Of Ingredients 8

1 (16 ounce) package tri-colored spiral pasta
1/2 package grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 package provolone cheese, quartered
1 package sliced pepperoni, quartered
1 large bell pepper (any color, I love yellow and orange), cut into 1 inch pieces
1 (10 ounce) can black olives, drained
1 (4 ounce) jar pimentos, drained
1 (8 ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except for salad dressing. Add half salad dressing and toss. If serving right away, add the remaining half bottle. If serving later, then pour and mix remaining dressing into pasta salad just before serving (as it get absorbed into the noodles too much if you do it all right away without serving it)

1 lb cheese tortellini
1 (11 ounce) can artichoke hearts
1 cup sliced black olives
1 cup sliced green olives
2 cups cut up muenster cheese
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 (16 ounce) bottle zesty Italian dressing
1 (4 ounce) package pepperoni, sliced in half
8 ounces salami, cut up
1/2 cup shredded carrot

Steps:

  • Cook tortellini according to directions.
  • Meanwhile combine everything but the dressing into a bowl.
  • Drain tortellini and let cool.
  • Combine tortellini in bowl and mix well.
  • Pour in dressing and mix well. **May not need entire bottle - add according to taste**.

3 cups pasta
1 (8 ounce) can whole corn
1 (8 ounce) can sweet peas
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon plain yogurt
1 tablespoon mediterranean deluxe kalamata olive sun-dried tomato tapenade
1 tablespoon mediterranean deluxe kalamata olive sun-dried tomato tapenade

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente, and drain.
  • Combine all the ingredients into a very large bowl and marinate overnight. Put a lid over your bowl. Serve cold. You can garnish with fresh parsley or dill.

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon salt
8 ounces macaroni or medium-size shell macaroni
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons olive oil or vegetable oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1/2 cup red onion minced sweet
2 tomatoes peeled, seeded, coarsely chopped and drained
4 sweet pickles chopped
2 teaspoons sweet pickle juice
1 green bell pepper small green pepper, chopped, or 1/2 red and 1/2 chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise commercial or Basic
1 1/2 tablespoons horseradish prepared
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon instant
Fresh dill weed, coarsely chopped, or 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed, crushed
1 tomato peeled and cut into wedges

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, bring 3 quarts water to a boil and add 1 tablespoon each vegetable oil and salt. Stir in macaroni bring to a boil and cook until barely tender, about 10 to 12 minutes. Rinse under cold running water drain well. Place pasta in a large bowl toss with milk, vinegar, 2 teaspoons oil, salt and pepper to taste blend well and set aside. In a small bowl, blend onion, chopped tomatoes, pickles and juice, and green and/or red peppers toss with pasta. Blend sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, bouillon and salt and pepper to taste add to pasta. Mix well. Garnish with dill and tomato wedges. Chill well.
