- Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients prepped and measured. This will help you stay organized and avoid any scrambling.
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: The better the quality of your ingredients, the better your dish will taste. Whenever possible, opt for organic, free-range, and locally sourced ingredients.
- Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking the chicken, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the chicken from cooking evenly and will make it more likely to stick to the pan.
- Cook the chicken thoroughly: Make sure to cook the chicken until it is cooked through. This is especially important for poultry, as undercooked poultry can be a health hazard.
- Use a flavorful marinade: The marinade is what gives the chicken its flavor. Be sure to use a marinade that is packed with flavor. You can use a store-bought marinade or make your own.
