DINNER IN A DISH CASSEROLE
It took me two years to track down this recipe after it appeared at our ladies Curling Bonspiel Potluck! Since then it became a favorite not only at potlucks but at our house as well. An old fashioned comfort food enjoyed by adults and children alike. Great served with a green salad and crusty bread. This is the original recipe but you may add extra seasonings of your choice if you wish. Servings depend on just how hungry the crowd! Note - Have added the optional can of tomato soup mentioned in the instructions to the ingredient list. I always add the can of tomato soup for added flavor and extra creaminess.

DINNER IN A DISH
I haven't found anyone yet who can resist this saucy ground beef casserole topped with mashed potatoes. The peas and tomatoes add color and make a helping or two a complete meal. -Betty Sitzman, Wary, Colorado
