DIRTY MOTHER(KAHLUA & BRANDY) & DIRTY WHITE MOTHER(KAHLUA, BRANDY & CREAM)

Dirty Mother(Kahlua & Brandy) & Dirty White Mother(Kahlua, Brandy & Cream) image

This is my favorite winter drink, It is sometimes known as a Separator or Separator with cream. I usually use fat free 1/2 & 1/2 but you can use any milk, cream or 1/2 & 1/2 you like. yummy! This is a borrowed net pic until I make & take one.

Number Of Ingredients 3

2 oz kahlua
1 1/2 oz brandy
milk, 1/2 & 1/2, or cream to fill glass to top

Steps:

  • 1. I like mine sweeter so I add more Kahlua than Brandy. You can adjust ammounts of each liqueur to suit your taste. Most recipes have more Brandy than Kahlua.
  • 2. Fill a short 10oz cocktail glass with crushed ice. Add Kahlua, then Brandy. Made this way, it's a Separator or Dirty Mother. Made the same way but adding the cream on top is a Dirty White Mother. It will look layered when done right. You can also blend this with ice until smooth, on a blender and it turns out like a yummy boozy milkshake(a Frigid Dirty White Mother or a Dirty White Mother Shakin Her Booty)LOL!

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 1/2 ounces brandy
1 1/2 ounces coffee liqueur
1/2 ounce milk

Steps:

  • Stir with ice and strain into an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass. Top with milk.

Tips:

  • Mise en place: Prepare all ingredients and equipment before starting to cook.
  • Follow the recipe carefully: Don't skip or substitute ingredients unless you know what you're doing.
  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the dish will taste.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking meat or vegetables, make sure to give them enough space so that they can cook evenly.
  • Season your food: Don't be afraid to add salt, pepper, and other seasonings to taste.
  • Don't overcook your food: Overcooked food is tough and dry. Cook meat, fish, and vegetables until they are just cooked through.
  • Let your food rest: After cooking, let meat and poultry rest for a few minutes before cutting into it. This allows the juices to redistribute and makes the meat more tender.

Conclusion:

Cooking delicious food doesn't have to be difficult. With a little planning and effort, you can create amazing meals that your family and friends will love. So get in the kitchen and start cooking!
