I'm not a big fan of endive, but this salad was surprisingly good. The goat cheese and walnuts really balance out the bitterness of the endive.

Easy to make and delicious! I used a balsamic vinaigrette instead of the honey mustard dressing and it was still great.

This endive salad was a hit at my dinner party! The combination of flavors and textures was perfect. The goat cheese was creamy and tangy, the walnuts added a nice crunch, and the endive was slightly bitter and refreshing. I will definitely be making
