¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Shape the ground beef into three patties. Place the patties in a shallow dish.

  • Place the patties on the hot grill and cook for 2 minutes before flipping them over. Cook the burgers to the desired degree of doneness, about 5 minutes per side for well done. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

Tips:

  • Choose high-quality ground beef: Look for ground beef that is at least 80% lean, as this will result in a more flavorful and juicy patty.
  • Season the beef liberally: Don't be afraid to season the beef generously with salt, pepper, and other spices. This will help to enhance the flavor of the patty.
  • Use a light touch when mixing the beef: Overworking the beef will make it tough, so mix it gently just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Form the patties into uniform shapes: This will help them to cook evenly.
  • Cook the patties over medium-high heat: This will help to create a nice crust on the outside of the patty while keeping the inside juicy.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: Cooking too many patties at once will cause them to steam instead of sear.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the patties are cooked to your desired doneness: For medium-rare, cook the patties to an internal temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit; for medium, cook to 145 degrees Fahrenheit; and for well-done, cook to 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the patties rest before serving: This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the patty, resulting in a more tender and flavorful bite.

Conclusion:

These seasoned hamburger patties are a versatile and delicious addition to any meal. Whether you're grilling them outdoors or cooking them in a skillet on the stovetop, they're sure to be a hit with everyone at the table. With just a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a juicy, flavorful hamburger patty that will make your taste buds dance. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give this recipe a try. You won't be disappointed!
