Tips:
- Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients and equipment ready. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling.
- Choose the Right Pan: Use a large skillet or Dutch oven that is big enough to hold all of your ingredients comfortably. A cast iron skillet is a great option because it retains heat well.
- Don't Crowd the Pan: If you overcrowd the pan, the chicken will not cook evenly. Cook the chicken in batches if necessary.
- Season Generously: Don't be afraid to season your chicken liberally. Use a variety of herbs and spices to create a flavorful dish.
- Cook the Chicken Over Medium Heat: Cooking the chicken over medium heat will help it cook evenly and prevent it from burning.
- Don't Overcook the Chicken: Overcooked chicken is dry and tough. Cook the chicken until it is cooked through but still juicy.
- Let the Chicken Rest: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the chicken and make it more tender.
