Tips for Making the Best Alfredo Sauce

- Use high-quality ingredients: Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, real butter, and heavy cream will give your sauce the best flavor. - Don't let the sauce boil: Keep the heat on low and stir constantly to prevent the sauce from boiling or curdling. - Add the cheese slowly: Gradually whisk the cheese into the sauce to prevent it from clumping. - Season to taste: Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. You can also add a pinch of nutmeg or cayenne pepper for a little extra flavor. - Serve immediately: Alfredo sauce is best served immediately after it is made. If you need to make it ahead of time, reheat it gently over low heat, stirring constantly. ###
