QUICK AND EASY HOMEMADE PIZZA SAUCE
A recipe from Cook's Illustrated taken on the blog of What Megan's Making. ETA : I made it on July 23, 2011. I used it in recipe#275731 It was great. The taste is great but maybe it would be better with more seasoning like dried basil and thyme. But it's so easy to do.

Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Look for fresh vegetables, flavorful cheese, and a good quality pizza sauce.
- Don't overcrowd the pizza. If you put too many toppings on the pizza, it will be difficult to cook evenly and the crust will become soggy.
- Bake the pizza at a high temperature. This will help the crust to crisp up and the cheese to melt evenly.
- Keep an eye on the pizza while it is baking. Once the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown, the pizza is done.
- Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This will help the cheese to set and the pizza to hold its shape.
Conclusion:
With a little planning and effort, you can easily make delicious homemade pizza that is sure to impress your family and friends. So next time you're craving pizza, skip the takeout and try one of these recipes. You won't be disappointed!
