2 zucchini, sliced

3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons garlic and herb seasoning blend (such as Mrs. Dash®)

1 teaspoon olive oil, or as needed

4 5-ounce albacore tuna steaks (from the U.S. or Canada; about 1 inch thick)
